At Merchwood, we ship worldwide. All products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 5–10 business days
• European Union: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates measured from dispatch, not from order placement. Total time from order to doorstep is processing time plus shipping time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Regional Fulfilment

To ensure the fastest delivery and lowest environmental impact, orders are fulfilled from the facility closest to you — US orders ship from our US fulfilment centre, and EU orders ship from our EU fulfilment centre.

Customs and Duties

International orders shipped outside the US and EU (including the United Kingdom) may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the customer's responsibility and vary by country.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@merchwood.com and we will investigate with the carrier. For damaged or defective items, see our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfilment centre because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
